Below you will find the meal options for this year's Gala. For guests with dietary restrictions, we are please to offer a Gluten Free and Vegan option.

Main Course (Choose One):

- Cedar Wrapped King Salmon

- Filet of Beef Tenderloin with Rosemary Cabernet Peppercorn Demi Glaze

- Roasted Poblano Tamales (GF, Vegan)

Sides:

- Tillamook Cheddar Mashed potatoes

- Spinach salad (GF, Contains Cheese)

- Chefs Choice Vegetable Medley
